concept: At Kaplan it was my job to create and place ads for Kaplan
for over 185 newspapers in over 15 states. My goal was to create
an ad using the basic Kaplan style and colors,
advertising the basic goals and ideas behind the company.
Often, newspaper ads are created using a basic white background with black text.
By creating an ad with a dark background and lighter text with the well-known
Kaplan logo, this ad successfully stood out from all the rest on the page.
Through ads such as this one, Kaplan has become one
of the leading test preparation companies in the nation.
